Part-Time Creative Designer / e-Commerce Store

Job Scope

• New Product Listings - create product listings & collaterals for new products that we are planning to launch online
• Manage Current Product Listings - ensure that current product listings are kept up to date 
• Managing Social Media Platforms - 
  • Content Creation - create new content for instagram (including static posts, IG stories + IG tv etc…) 
  • Growing Of Social Media Sites - grow our social media sites to ensure more brand awareness, particularly on facebook + instagram 
  • Sharing Of New Ideas - would appreciate an individual that is able to highlight new ideas, content and strategies to help grow our social media platforms
• Managing Of Social Media Sites Via Our Content Calendar - updating the content calendar and ensuring that all content is pushed out in a timely manner
• Others - 
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc activities assigned 
  • Amend graphics according to feedback or other requirements
  • The individual will be able to use the final product & creatives in your portfolio

Requirements

• No experience required - we’re really looking for somebody with a passion and interest in social media & design as well as a willingness to learn 
• Would prefer someone with experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software
• Good command of oral and written English 
• Meticulous, organized, resourceful, creative and a team player with a flair for design
• Excellent time-management skills and independent worker 

Job Details

• This role is currently on a part time basis but there is definitely the option to convert to full time
• Working location flexibility - may only require individual to come down to the office once or twice a week 
• Work timing - preferably 5 hours a day, monday to friday (this can be discussed further)  
• Work location: Kovan
• You’ll really be able to have a lot of creative freedom at this job, and it really is suitable for a candidate who has the free time on their hand 
• We’d also really like if you could send us a portfolio, or if you don’t have one, of any creative works (could be an instagram page you curated, a blog… just so we can have a gauge of your creative flair)
