Roles & Responsibilites:
As Enterprise Development Trainee (ASEAN), you are required to be key point of contact with our organisation partners across 10 ASEAN Countries, Singapore (Local), Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Brunei, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar.
In partnership with ASEAN Youth Organization, trainees will be exposed to problems in Southeast Asia. You will be tasked to do customer journey, planning, validation, development, go-to-market strategies and sale of relevant product or service for our organisation partner(s) by representing AYO Social Enterprise Pte. Ltd. as an ‘Intrapreneur-In-Residence’.

Education Qualifications:
Min Diploma


Duration of SGUnited Traineeship Programme:
Up to 12 months (Potential conversion to Full-Time)


Duration of SGUnited Mid Career
Pathways Programme:
Up to 9 months (Potential conversion to Full-Time)


Eligibility Criteria:
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and/or
a. Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from ITEs, polytechnics, universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
b. Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020.
