Perform role of Mooring and Surf Installation Engineer
  
Duration of work is for 1-year and must be able to commence immediately
  
Work location is in Singapore
  
Perform due diligence checks on the proposed design for the Mooring Turret, Moorings and SURF.
  
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to clarify and resolve interfaces and specific requirements to support the design
  
Propose technical input; monitor and review the Contractor’s works in developing Offshore facilities (FPSO) Mooring System Pre-FEED including its interface and integration to other process and system (SURF, Pipeline, Onshore LNG Plant and HSSE, etc.), conduct necessary Offshore facilities (FPSO) Mooring System study; to ensure availability of reliable Offshore facilities (FPSO) Mooring System Pre-FEED that meet engineering philosophy, engineering standards, HSSE requirements, best practices, and match to the characteristics.
  
Establish and agree key interface requirements.
  
Establish and agree with Construction and Offshore T&I group on installation methods and sequences.
  
Construction / Manufacturing and testing schedules shall be established to 'ready for delivery ex-works' date and the subsequent Estimated Time of Arrival at the selected construction site.
  
Ensure delivery of the fully completed and tested equipment to the module integration site in accordance with the 'Required On-Site' dates.
  
Minimisation of Carry Over punch lists.
  
Liaise daily with the Project Manager to ensure efficient execution of the project.
  
Provide technical leadership towards performing design, construction, and installation engineering.
  
Senior technical role in supporting ongoing projects and supporting the project team on technical requirements.
  
Technical leadership towards Commercial and Contractual issues and requirements throughout the Project phase.
  
Review and approve Design Reports, Engineering Studies, Method Statements, Installation Procedures, Task Plans, Project Schedules, etc. in support of engineering activities.
  
Review and approve Material Lists, Scope of Works and Technical Specifications in support of pricing and procurement activities.
  
Chairman or technical focal point for project presentations during HAZOP, Design and Constructability Reviews.
  
Company representative during mobilisation and offshore installation activities; Client, Vendor and Sub-Contractor meetings
  
Expert knowledge of all relevant Industry Rules, Regulations, Standards and Practises.
  
Provide leadership to the engineering team and provide continual assistance to improve their knowledge and skills.
  
Provide a proactive approach to HSEQ issues.
  
Observe all Company Visions, Values and follow the department Management System requirements.

Job requirements

  
Singaporean & Singaporean PRs preferred due to COVID-19 Travel Restrictions
  
Require to have at least two prior FPSO / FSO / FPU / Calm Buoy Offshore Installation experience for both moorings and riser.
  
6 to 9 years of prior experience in the area of mooring systems engineering for offshore floating facilities and familiarity with Floater Installation
  
Bachelor degree in technical science or engineering. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
  
Extensive knowledge of project management and administration.
  
Extensive knowledge of Commercial and Contractual requirements
  
Acquainted in Legislation and Standards for the area of responsibility.
  
Technical expert within his/her group.
  
Familiar with technical software within his/her field.
  
Familiar with Safety and Quality policy.
  
Expert knowledge relating to the installation of mooring systems, riser systems, CALM buoy, STP and FPSO tow and hook-up operations.
  
Familiar with MSV/CSV and AHT chartering and mobilisation of personnel and equipment
  
Extensive experience towards execution of installation projects.
  
Extensive offshore experience on multiple installation vessels worldwide, in particular ROV and Diving Support Vessels, and Anchor Handling Vessels.
  
Sufficient standing to acts as Company Representative during Client meetings and offshore installation campaigns.
