· Tenancy Cycle Management – negotiate new leases and renewals. Resolve tenant cases and delinquency cases efficiently and effectively and in the process maintain good tenancy-landlord relationship by utilizing proactive tenancy agreement practices
· Property Cycle Management – maintain and upkeep the property portfolios in good

· Property Cycle Management – maintain and upkeep the property portfolios in good and tenable condition using cost effective facility management best practices
· External Parties – manage external parties such as vendors and government agencies as part of the property management cycle
· Yield Enhancement – achieve better rental yields for the company’s asset portfolio by proposing and implementing creative asset enhancement initiatives
· Assist the leasing team with effective digital marketing
· Other relevant duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the company
Requirements:
· Passionate about the job scope above
· Prior experience in the property industry, with similar job scope
· Cool, efficient and resourceful in rental collection
· Be responsible for own KPIs
· Some accounting knowledge will be an added advantage
