Job Description - Online Retail Assistant (2-Month) Location: Tampines

PURPOSE:

Ensure orders by Online customers are picked, packed and dispatched in an accurate and timely fashion.
Be familiar with products and location in order to be efficient.
Provide assistance to the Online order processing team to ensure customer satisfaction.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Picking of goods ordered by Online customers according to SOP.
Prepare the picked orders on the staging area
Collects goods from other store branch (up to 10kg of workload is involved occasionally)
Packing of picked goods in a secure manner according to SOP
Dispatch correct orders to logistic partners.
Ensure that the work station is always clean and supplies are always replenished
Housekeeping
Any ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned as and when required
