The Sales Consultant will report to the Showroom Manager.

Position responsibilities include:

The position of Part Time- Sales Consultant is to be an ambassador to the brand, ethos and culture that is King Living Internationally.

As a KL Sales Consultant you are required to be enthusiastic, proactive, positive and offer a high level of customer service. You will trained in product knowledge, sales and customer service techniques and solutions, so that you can deliver a professional and outstanding experience to all customers and visitors to the showroom.

You are required to ensure the presentation of the showroom is at a premium level at all times and that all product is displayed and functioning as per KL standards.

You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and work well under pressure when required.

Key Responsibilities
• Sales
• Prepare and follow up of quotes to achieve sales
• Staying up to date with new designs and design changes
• Provide excellent Customer Service both in the showroom and on the phone
• Customer service solutions
• Administrative duties: Zendesk Online Chat
• Processing and checking of orders
• Restocking Leather and fabric samples
• Restocking product cards, brochures and hand out cards
• Restocking of KingCare Products
• Ordering of fabric and leather samples
• Ordering of spare parts for CS issues
• Post Mail
• Phone etiquette standards
• Email etiquette standards
• Restock stationary area as required
• Ensure product is clean, tidy and presented as per KL standards
• General housekeeping - dusting, cleaning glass & other surfaces and keeping the showroom in 100% condition throughout the day
• Point of Sale material must be correct, clear and displayed as per KL standards
• Data updates daily on computers
• Reply to phone and email enquiries promptly
• Take final payments, further payments and update relevant data
• Liaise with customers regarding final delivery
• Be a team player and work alongside your colleagues with respect and care
• Any other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time
