Business Development Associate #SGUnitedTraineeships

Traineeship Description:

Arcstone  is looking for exceptional Business Development Associates who are keen on  working in the enterprise software space. We’re looking for driven talent who are planning to hone their skills in sales development and lead generation through digital means, email campaigns and cold calling to ensure we start a healthy relationship between Arcstone and new, potential and current clients and partners.

Specific Responsibilities:

Trainee to be involved in:

· Prospect and generate leads through cold calling and email campaigns. Build pipeline of new prospects utilizing outbound sales tactics and social media

· Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and   follow-up communications

· Coordinate with technical team to schedule meetings and demos

· Track the progress of leads and properly record interactions within our CRM

· Fulfil outreach targets and improve on conversion rates over time

· Support other ad-hoc activities such as developing marketing materials, attending meetings and taking notes, website updating

Technical Skills and   Competencies Trainee will learn during SGUnited Traineeship Programme:

· Improve and expand your capabilities in B2B sales, lead generation as well as customer and partner management

· Plan strategies for global expansion, partnerships, and new growth opportunities

· Practice networking techniques and to gain partners, customers and sales

Proposed Monthly Training   Allowance per Trainee:


Eligibility Criteria for SGUnited Traineeships:

a. Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from ITEs, polytechnics, universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or

b.Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020.
