Data Analyst

This is for our client in Government Agency in Singapore and below   are the details of the role.
· The recruited staff will operate an HTTP service,   built using REST API, that ensures daily successful data transfer of clinical   data
· The recruited staff shall provide technical   support and training to end-users of this interface
· The recruited staff shall   diagnose any problems that may encounter from time to time,   and manage vendors to resolve these problems as quickly as   possible, to minimize downtime
· Updates and seeks feedback on the system performance   by holding routine communication with internal laboratory users
· Ensures all data integrity standards are maintained   and issues are mitigated in a timely manner
· Communicates to Quality Assurance team when a   quality issue with is identified
· Primary subject matter expert (SME) during audits,   security audits, and will ensure the audit readiness of the following:   qualification documentation, user lists and privileges, and procedures
· Evaluates data generated and/or stored within the   system to provide ad hoc and long-term reporting solutions that address   business needs and identify process gaps that might otherwise go unnoticed
· Transcribe data from softcopy / hardcopy forms to   excel
· Generate regular reports of the data that was   transferred
· Document processes regularly and meticulously
· Good communication skills
· Required to work in shift arrangements
· Able to use basic Microsoft Excel formulas
· Experience in DevOps required
· An eye for details
