Required Application Support Engineer

· At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
· Preferably knowledge on JavaScript, HTML, C#, Python, Linux, Windows, AIX and SQL
· Knowledge of Unix operating system (AIX, Solaris), Oracle and MySQL DB, 3 tier Web Application
· Able to create / modify shell script (PL/SQL)
· Able to configure, use tools in Browser.
· Knowledge of Mobile application (iOS, Android)
· Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP and other networking concept
Responsibilities:
· Perform L1/2/3 portal application maintenance and support, including debugging
· Responsible for performing incident management and service requests based on pre-establish SLAs.
· UAT customer testing support
· Query and database backup/recovery
· Perform Service Management reporting, batch job monitoring, data patching, raise requests
· Attend to user to address their functional query
· Perform script/programming changes
