Retail Assistant

As a Retail Assistant, you will help create excitement about the products that the Company carries, providing the right solutions and getting products into the hands of the Company’s valued customers. Being part of the retail team, you must understand the business objectives and the importance of having the ability to deliver a Pet Lovers Centre customer service & shopping experience that is a cut above the rest. Your roles & responsibilities include: • Perform cashiering function / Cashiering counter closing; • Recommend a product and solution in meeting customers’ needs & objectives; • Upselling of pet accessories, toys etc.; • Promote and market PLC membership sign-ups & renewals; • Provide tender loving care to small animals in the store; • Perform general housekeeping to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for staff, customers and pets;
