Retail Associate (Under Armour)

Job Duties & Responsibilities: · Meet individual and team sales performance goals · Meet or exceed customer service expectations · Maintain a working knowledge of all products · Maintain and uphold visual standards · Maintain full-size runs in all products · Maintain visual displays and product including, but not limited to lighting, marketing, mannequin styling, fixture placement and floor sets · Execute assigned daily tasks including replenishment, markdowns, housekeeping and etc. · Process transactions and exchange; assess reason for exchange and provide solutions; upsell additional products & accessories · Process inbound delivery to store and stockroom standards, including pricing, folding and hanging of products · Process transfers and damages · Maintain cleanliness and safe work environment Job Requirements: · Prior work experience in sports retail industry preferred · Preferably able to commit for at least 1 year and above · Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
