YSNEAKERS is now looking for passionate candidates to join our exciting crew as a full-time Retail Executive! The Role With eager to grow as an expert in retail, you will earn great communication skills and customer interactions from onsite. - Working hour: Follows the store operation time - Salary: Commensurate with experience. Submit your expected salary - Training will be provided for all staffs You will be responsible for YSNEAKERS store in Takashimaya, driving store sales and interacting with our customers. Reporting the sales result and stock updates directly to operation department, you will play a key role between YSNEAKERS team and customers. Main Responsibilities - Provide a high level of customer service and show effective communication skills as a brand consultant - Provide daily sales operation, following up from the start to the end of customer journey to check if they need extra help - Establish rapport with store visitors and build potential customer base - Promote YSNEAKERS brand awareness by instructing potential customers how to use 3D Customizer - Assist in store inventory management, monitoring stock status and update directly to operation department - Responsible for store keeping duties, merchandise maintenance and store management Requirements You should have / be - A passion in fashion and retail industry - A pleasant disposition, service oriented - Able to work independently - Singaporean or PR preferred Please include the following information from your resume: - Current (if applicable) and Expected Salary - Notice Period We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.
