Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales for our F&B Division (Venchi/Kusmi Tea). Responsibilities: -Be an ambassador for the Brand and at all times portray a professional and customer-oriented image -Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales target -Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features -Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis -Build productive trust relationships with customers -Maintain and manage merchandise displays and inventory -Perform and abide to all Operational Procedures -Process POS (point of sale) purchases -Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service -Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s display) Requirements -A team player -Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role -Solid communication and interpersonal skills -A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus -Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner -Comfortable to work in fast paced environment -Must be able to work retail hours (i.e. shift work, public holidays and weekends) -GCE ‘O’ level and equivalent -Prior work experience with Food & Beverage retail experience highly desirous We offer excellent career opportunities, attractive remuneration and generous fringe benefits to the successful candidate.
