Shop Supervisor

Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the overall operations of store and to ensure an efficient and effective workflow in the store. Supervise and lead team to achieve store target and operations requirement. Attend to customers and provide recommendations on suitable products. Share with customers on beauty trends and product knowledge. Deliver and maintain good customer service standards. Support in merchandising and housekeeping of retail store. Requirements Minimum 2 years of working experience in beauty industry or in a fast-paced retail environment. Possess experience in supervising a team. Good supervisory and communication skills. Excellent customer service and results oriented. Ability to master store process. Candidate with relevant working experiences will be considered for Assistant/Shop Manager role. 6 days' work week, rotating shifts. Only Singaporean needs to apply.
