Description

•   Provide technical trouble-shooting and customer service on company’s range of products

•   Represent the company in a professional manner as a frontline staff

•   Provide all the necessary service and assistance

•    Full-Time position(s) available.

Requirement :

• Min 1 year working experience in IT helpdesk support
• Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec in Computer Science/ Information Technology
• Technical knowledge is necessary 
• Possess strong communication skills
• Patient and a friendly person with strong interest in providing customer service
• Having customer service experience will be advantageous
• Positive, passionate and problem-solving mindset
• Training will be provided
• Singaporean or PR only
