Handling Transactions:

Maintaining Cash Register:

• Keeping the register clean and organized.

• Ensuring there is enough change in the register for transactions.

• Balancing the register at the end of shifts and reporting discrepancies.

Inventory Management:

• Checking stock levels and notifying managers when supplies are low.

• Assisting in restocking shelves or displays during slow periods.

Security:

• Keeping an eye out for fraudulent activities (like counterfeit bills or theft).

• Ensuring that all security protocols are followed during transactions.

Other Miscellaneous Tasks:

• Sometimes bagging items for customers or offering assistance with packing.

• Assisting with opening and closing procedures at the store.
