Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced recruiter based in South Africa to source, screen, and present top candidates for remote positions across various industries. This is a commission-based, part-time role with the potential for growth based on performance.
Responsibilities
– Recruiting and Sourcing:
– Use job boards, direct outreach, networking, and other methods to source candidates.
– Ensure a pool of at least 25 qualified applicants per specified position.
– Screening:
– Verify applicants’ resumes and qualifications.
– Conduct brief phone screening interviews to assess skills, English proficiency, business acumen, and their ability to work in US time zones.
– Present the top 3–5 high-quality candidates which will be handed of to us for final interviews.
– Collaboration:
– Work closely with Talentist to understand job requirements and ensure a strong candidate fit.
– Provide regular updates on progress for each role.
– Candidate Profiles:
– Source for roles including:
– Marketing Manager
– Paid Ads Specialist
– Account Executive
– SDR/BDR
– Graphic Designer
– SEO Specialist
– Accountant
Requirements
– Experience:
– At least 1 year of experience recruiting South African candidates.
– Skills:
– Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques, including networking, job boards, and direct outreach.
– Ability to identify candidates with:
– Excellent English communication skills.
– Strong business acumen.
– Willingness to work in US time zones.
– Results-Oriented:
– Proven ability to meet recruiting quotas (e.g., 25+ applicants per position with 3–5 top screened candidates).
– Tech-Savvy:
– Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
