ROLE PURPOSE As our Product Manager you will work on business improvements and new product development for our Spanish digital banking project Plazo. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop profound market and clients understanding, become an internal “representative“ of our clients.
• Deep dive into the business and user metrics to find out problems and insights.
• Set out hypothesis, calculate and justify business cases for the features you propose.
• Execute implementation with our in-house IT team and external vendors.
• Analyzing outcomes of your ideas in production.

Be responsible for:

• Launching new financial products and defining their product-market fit.
• Improving main KPIs of the existing projects, such as conversion rates, avg. check, retention, life-time value.
• Enhancing overall user experience.

Knowledge and skills:

• Outstanding analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, with ability to lead and drive change initiatives.
• Can-do attitude.
• Good organisational/time management skills, structural thinking.
• Ability to be hands on with high attention to detail but also not lose strategic standpoint.
• Willingness to work in a fast-growing company working environment and adapt to changes fast.
• Proven track record of measurable business achievements with financial, telecom or online mass market products.
• Methodological way of working and ability to cope with competing demands and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Being eager to develop your skills and progress within the company structure is key.
• Strong understanding of UX principles.
• Data driven decision making.
• Banking or lending business knowledge is a strong plus.
• Hands on with data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, GA or similar is a plus.

Education:

• Technical or Financial background will be a plus.
• English advanced is mandatory. Spanish knowledge is a plus

Experience Target:
At least 2 years of product management experience in online, finance, insurance, or/and e-commerce. Partially remote work is possible. Some business travel will be required.
