Accountant

We are looking for someone with initiative and problem-solving skills who can take responsibility for structuring our accounting department and creating a more efficient and streamlined workflow.

This is a part-time position with a full-time projection. Permanent contract.

Location: Barcelona, PobleNou

Working Hours (Part-time position): Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM

Working Directly with clients from Norway, USA & Europe

Remote Position

Salary : 900 Euros (Gross) per month

Requirements

• Bookkeeping and or accounting experience
• Proficient in writing and speaking English.
• Professional speaking Norwegian (if possible)
• Knowledge of accounting methods and basic accounting rules 
• Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, etc..)

Jobs to do:

• Responsible for creating invoices, reconciling client accounts, keeping track of past-due invoices, follow up on outstanding and keep track of all 3 different H5 businesses.
• Purchasing Controller: responsible for payments to providers/services.
• Having a clear overview, checking well that clients are paying their invoices, that numbers correspond and can correct/credit errors easily.
