Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and management of Google Ads campaigns for German-speaking clients.
• Support senior team members in optimizing campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
• Help create ad copy, keywords, and other assets for Google Ads campaigns.
• Participate in reporting and analysis to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure campaigns are aligned with clients’ business goals and objectives.
• Stay updated on Google Ads products, industry trends, and best practices.
• Assist in troubleshooting campaign issues and finding solutions to improve campaign effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Native or fluent in German (spoken and written).
• Basic understanding of Google Ads products (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing in digital marketing.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
• English proficiency at a basic or intermediate level is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in digital marketing or Google Ads is a plus but not required.
