Join them on this exciting digital journey as we shape the future of our dynamic and forward-thinking company.Responsibilities Analyze requirements for new products and compare them to existing system specifications Deep dive into technical and functional specifications, dependencies, and interactions between new products and existing systems Configure required parameters, security settings, options functionalities, and modules Document and create toolkit on specific set-up of tools Define and perform functional, performance, security, and compatibility tests Orchestrate and plan system demos and tests Investigate integration and configuration related incidents at level 2/3 and contribute to resolution Participate in the addition, modification, and removal of catalog items within scope based on approvals from Product Owner and Product and Service Catalog Manager Your profile International PO experience in the FMCG sector, preferably with CRM or Sales-related products Strategic thinking & value-driven mindset for roadmap creation and monitoring Ability to manage in complex and VUCA environments Strong leadership and communication skills to align cross-functional teams Effective prioritization skills and ability to make strategic decisions Experience in Agile environments and understanding of Agile principles Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills The Offer Join a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative team at the company´s Digital Hub in Madrid Shape the path of cutting-edge products and drive product innovation forward Access to career development opportunities and global technology advancements Competitive salary and additional corporate benefits Tickets restaurant 9€ per day (around € each month) Flexible working hours and intensive workday in summer Sanitas healthcare and Life insurance included Annual profit participation (around 8% of gross annual salary) Experience the vibrant culture and tech scene in Madrid
