Position Overview

Were seeking a talented Sales Development Representative to join our Barcelona team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with emerging technologies while developing valuable industry relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute outbound & inbound prospecting strategies
• Research and qualify BANT criteria leads
• Utilize advanced technology stack (CRM, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo)
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams
• Support account planning and campaign strategies
• Maintain detailed lead information in CRM systems

Required Qualifications

• Proficient/Bilingual in English
• Strong lead qualification and nurturing abilities
• Solution selling expertise across product portfolio
• Excellent relationship building and objection handling skills
• Proficient in CRM software
• 2+ years enterprise-level industry experience

Work Environment

• Full-time (39 hours/week)
• Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 18:00
• Modern office in central Barcelona
• Collaborative, international atmosphere

Compensation Package

• OTE: 34,000 gross/year
