As a Customer Service Specialist your main functions will be:? - Provide phone and email support to clients in a confident, friendly manner.? - Respond to end-user calls for general product support.? - Make decisions on warranty per company guidelines.? - Document cases in a CRM. What we offer you: - Training and internal growth opportunities.- Possibility to work from home- Substitution contract of 6 months + Indefinite contract after the first contract- A full-time job of 39 hours per week.- Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00h.- Salary: 18.456,82€ gross per year + Bonus Productivity (up to 90?/month)+ Plus Telework (24? gross/month).

Requisitos
