Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in Danish, assisting clients with inquiries and offering personalized shopping experiences.
• Build and cultivate strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.
• Guide clients through the luxury purchasing process, communicating product features and brand stories effectively.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and improve service quality.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in luxury products and share this knowledge with customers.
• Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising to present products beautifully in store.

• Fluency in Danish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in luxury retail, customer service, or similar roles is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
• A genuine passion for luxury brands and a clear understanding of customer expectations in a high-end retail environment.
