Misión
As a Desalination Lead, you will be responsible for developing and leading client´s new division focused on desalination project development. Your expertise will be essential in building this business from the ground up, driving the implementation of innovative solutions, and positioning client´s as a leader in the desalination sector. You will guide the team through all critical stages, ensuring the successful launch and growth of this new business area.
Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for client´s desalination division, ensuring alignment with the company's overall growth objectives.
• Stay informed about key projects and advancements in desalination technologies across various regions (Spain, France, Italy, Poland, Germany, UK, and USA).
• Identify and pursue opportunities for potential locations and technically suitable sites for developing desalination projects.
• Oversee project development lifecycle, from site identification, feasibility studies, permitting, and design through to execution and operation.
• Collaborate with suppliers and engineering teams to ensure the technical viability and financial feasibility of desalination projects.

• A Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Engineering (industrial, agricultural, mechanical...)
• Knowledge of desalination technologies and administrative processes.
• Knowledge of QGIS, Google Earth or other programme of Geographical Information System.
• Demonstrates strong proactivity by anticipating challenges and taking the initiative to drive solutions forward.
• 3-4 years of experience in desalination project development.
• A minimum of B2 level in English is indispensible.
