Your key responsibilities

• Perform business analysis for GES Finance, GES HR, GES Procurement & Supply chain, GES D&T and GES Enterprise Service Operations (ESO). Example: rate card analysis, benchmarking versus competition, year-over-year efficiency gains.
• Influencing stakeholders with fact-based data.
• Create business cases to support important decision-making within the current scope of GES Finance, HR, Procurement & SC and D&T.
• Create business cases for new functional activities to be onboarded by GES.
• Once a decision is made to onboard to GES, provide financial guidance for set-up. Coordinate between the different parties involved that the budget/FTE’s are correctly transferred and reflected in LT/RAF.
• Perform the financial analysis on insourcing versus outsourcing decisions (within the set sourcing strategy).
• Perform financial analysis for location (within the set location strategy).
• Perform financial analysis during external partner selection.
• Support the GES leads in various projects (example: mergers, acquisitions).

You bring

• Proven track record and strong background in Finance business partnering & analysis, combined with strategic insights.
• Good understanding of numbers. Ability to operate in a complex system/data environment.
• High sense of ownership and accountability, ability to work independently.
• Facility to connect with stakeholders at all levels across the organization and globe.
• Communication skills for impact in your presentation with stakeholders.
• Strong modelling skills, strong proficiency in Excel and systems in general.
