Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various roles within the Dutch market.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their career aspirations and job preferences.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and company culture.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including preparing candidates for interviews with clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to provide informed recommendations to clients and candidates.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques including social media, job boards, and networking to attract top talent.

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and clients.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
