Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for open positions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
• Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive experience.

• Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
• Familiarity with various industries and job roles to effectively match candidates with positions.
