Flutter Developer - Semi Senior Advanced (100% remote / Contractor)

To work in a project of Globant, fully remote.

Passionate and skilled Semi Senior Advanced Flutter Developer who can contribute to the development of cutting-edge mobile and web applications with our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Flutter applications across various platforms (iOS, Android, and web).
• Collaborate with product managers, BAc, UX designers, architects, and other developers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Flutter code and unit tests that adhere to best practices.
• Optimize application performance and user experience.
• Review code, and design against industry and Baptist standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter framework and industry trends.
• Mentor and guide junior developers.
• Help triage production issues and identify timely resolution.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Dart programming language and Flutter framework.
• Experience building and deploying Flutter applications to the App Store and Google Play Store or for Enterprise Distribution.
• Deep understanding of mobile development principles and best practices on both platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience in state management techniques (e.g., Provider, BLoC, etc)
• Experience with RESTful APIs and backend integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Flutter web development.
• Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Swift, Javascript, nodeJs).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks.
