We have an exciting opportunity for a Foodservice Commercial Chef to make a difference at Kraft Heinz!The position is part of the local Sales team in the Foodservice department. Foodservice is an important pillar of Kraft Heinz's global growth strategy and is becoming more important as people eat out more often & trends from food service are often adopted by consumers indoors.
You will be responsible for culinary activities supporting the sales team. In this position you will have a lot of contact with food professionals, category managers and head chefs of our National Accounts. This position reports directly to the Lead Chef of the company
Targets and priorities
Work with the commercial team to build strong relationships with our most important customers, distributors & prospects and deliver annual their sales targets Understand and share culinary market trends and insights to coordinate our business strategy Prepare and execute internal and external culinary sessions to present new products, demonstrate trends, contribute menu and recipe ideas Coordinate and lead customer visits at outlet level with the foodservice team Coordinate with Lead chef to align on culinary strategy, portfolio needs and product improvement based on business objectives Develop menus and recipes for our key customers and our marketing materials Organize culinary quarterly training sessions for our Foodservice sales team focused on product and portfolio knowledge, as well as applications of our products Interact directly with select customer accounts
Profile
The Foodservice Commercial Chef has a good balance between culinary and commercial skills. You can deal with commercial objectives that you share with the Foodservice Channel Managers. You have an excellent understanding of the culinary and technical challenges of our most important customers in each Foodservice channel. You use your culinary experience and communication skills to propose ideas, opportunities and insights that will provide solutions for our customers, and create business wins for the company.
We are looking for a representative, expressive and commercially driven chef with enormous ambition and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications
At least 5 years of work experience as a Chef, Culinary manager, NPD manager or similar commercial position Strong communication skills: understanding, interpreting, informing, presenting, convincing, collaborating, working in project teams Chef, Culinary or Food Science education / background Winner mentality, taking ownership Knowledge about the Foodservice channels (hotels, FSR, QSR, pubs, catering, industry, institutional) Knowledge and appreciation of our Foodservice portfolio categories (cold & warm sauces, beans) Being able to work under (time) pressure, you are flexible and adapt fast to new situations Solution-oriented and flexible; thinking out of the box Available full time Ideally has a broad network in local Foodservice Able to travel up to 70% of the time Ability to inspire and influence Creative-mindset and flexible to adapt in a fast-paced environment
