• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and technologies in recruitment.

• Experience in online recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably as a freelancer.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a remote setting.
• A proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
• C1/C2 Level English
