French Customer Support Agent

Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work and Top Employer), is looking for French Customer Support Agents.

To be successful in this role you need:

• C2 level of French
• Fluency in English or Spanish
• Previous customer facing experience (B2B or B2C)
• Prior experience in multi-channel customer support
• Experience working within a metric and target focused work environment
• Excellent listening and communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail

• Temporary 38,5h/week contract with high possibility of becoming permanent.
• Monday to Friday shifts: 9h-18h or 11h-20h
• Salary: 20.000 € gross/year
• 3 paid week of training.
