Responsibilities

• Moderate live chat sessions to ensure compliance with community standards and guidelines.
• Engage with users in French, encouraging respectful and constructive conversations.
• Quickly identify and address inappropriate content or behavior during chats.
• Assist users with questions related to chat policies and community guidelines.
• Collaborate with fellow moderators to refine moderation strategies and enhance user experience.
• Monitor chat activity for trends and report on recurring issues or community concerns.
• Participate in training sessions to stay current on best practices and community standards.

• Fluency in French with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Prior experience in chat moderation, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle real-time discussions effectively.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with chat moderation tools and online platforms.
