Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

• Fluent in German, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the job market and recruitment practices in Europe.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and clients.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple recruitment projects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
