remote people is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for our client, a pioneer in AI-powered medical imaging , to spearhead their expansion into the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets. In this pivotal role, you'll introduce groundbreaking solutions that analyze 70,000 images daily , helping avoid up to 90% of diagnostic errors and saving up to 40% of time in medical reporting.

As the Sales Manager for DACH , you'll shape our client's success in key European markets, directly impacting the future of healthcare technology.

Contract Location

• Permanent, Full-time
• Based in Germany, with frequent travel across Germany 
• 2-3 trips per year to the headquarters in Paris

Key Responsibilities

• Launch our client's innovative products in the DACH market
• Identify and onboard strategic partners to amplify market presence
• Engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) in radiology to build credibility and influence
• Generate high-value business opportunities with top radiology facilities
• Craft and execute a winning sales strategy for DACH
• Leverage cutting-edge digital tools for prospecting and growth
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects across diverse markets
• Provide crucial market intelligence to shape company strategy

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
• Proven track record in B2B product launches, ideally in healthcare tech
• Digital prospecting expert with strong CRM skills
• Master project manager capable of juggling multiple high-stakes initiatives
• Strategic thinker with excellent business acumen
• Fluent in English and German , additional languages a plus
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
• Adaptable professional thriving in diverse cultural environments
• Radiology industry experience and existing DACH network highly valued
