How you will create an impact:

Further support and management of recruiting and event formats

Staffing support and employee management

Perform data analysis to support business decision-making including data consolidation and creation of analysis and reports

Contribute to HR projects to improve our operational efficiency and enhance employee experience

HR assistance tasks such as onboarding experience and employee benefits, amongst others

Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information

Your profile:

You have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics or similar)

You have already done at least one internship

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish and English (C1)

You have knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word (Office 365)

HR is your passion and you enjoy improving the employee experience and inspiring interesting personalities to join Simon-Kucher

You bring an independent and structured approach to your work, combined with flexibility and organizational skills
