The project

As part of the HR Operations team you will analise and assist in the management of the different benefits of the company in a global perspective such as different insurances, pension plans, company cars, etc.

What will the role entail?

Research new benefits options and prepare reports on the effectiveness of existing programs.

Help with communication about benefits.

Elaborate market benchmarks.

Support in managing employee claims and inquiries

Assist in organizing benefits-related presentations.

Keep updated all the files with the actual information of each benefit

Requirements

Job competences:

Degree related with HR, Business or similar

High level of english

High level of excel

Excellent communication skills
