Description and Requirements
As part of Inside Sales Representative team for our growing eCommerce business, you will sell Lenovo products, services, and solutions to end-user clients (Consumer and Small Business Customer) through inbound and outbound phone calls and chats. You will be responsible for closing opportunities, selling the benefits of the full catalog of Lenovo products, and selling against the competition. You will champion the innovative power of our products by driving sales with customers to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
You will configure, price, and quote sales solutions as well as provide, proactive follow-up and product information via the telephone. You understand Lenovo’s portfolio of award-winning products and will develop strategies to help new and existing customers find and implement the best solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Close incoming sales opportunities to ensure that short-term goals, objects and quotas are met Perform outbound calls proactively and when requested by the business, to new and existing customer install base. Assist customers with order placement, providing product information and advice related to products and services that best suit the customers’ needs. Follow up on leads generated from the Customer Service Team or other departments. Provide an excellent customer experience from the initial call to the final sale closure. Ability to identify opportunities to up and cross-sell products as per customers’ requirements. Complete call logs and reports where required. Ensure that products, services and solutions recommended to clients will fulfill their needs. Offer a high level of service meeting our department key metrics for Sales, Quality and Productivity. Ability to overachieve on daily & monthly targets. Liaise effectively with other internal departments and external businesses in a professional manner as required. Recognize, document and escalate customer issues or trends following appropriate communication and escalation channels where required. Maintains product knowledge by attending training workshops, and keeping up to date on product material. Position Requirements:
At least one year of experience in a Sales Support or similar role, preferably in IT sector Native/Fluent English language (any additional European language is a plus) Excellent communication skills (spoken & written) Entrepreneurial mind, highly persuasive and highly motivated to close sales What Lenovo can offer You:
