Tasks
- Implementing, maintaining, and securing company information systems, including computers, communications and office equipment, software, and network infrastructure.
- Setting up network equipment, including firewalls.
- Setting up servers to share software code and licenses.
- Setting up new computers (laptops and desktops) for users.
- Setting up office equipment (printers, scanners) and connecting them to the office computer networks.
- Support for users with equipment and software (computers, printers, Windows, Office 365).
- Transfer of faulty equipment for repair and acceptance after repair.
- Participation in the purchase of necessary equipment (formulation of requirements, acceptance of equipment).
- Support for users when working with the company's software.
- Setting up user access rights to the company's IT resources.
- Writing user instructions for working with equipment and software.
- University or college degree in information technology or similar experience.
- At least five years of experience in a technical role is required.
- Good verbal and written communication English skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and its installation and administration (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Knowledge and management of Microsoft Active Directory (users, groups, etc.).
- Knowledge and ability to configure resources on Amazon Web Services.
