We are looking for a motivated IT Business Analyst (m/f/d) to join our IT team and act as an interface between the IT department and the specialist departments. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting users with IT requests to help us improve the user experience. You will be a critical part of our IT project team supporting the EU Customer Solutions Manager in the development of our systems and tools as well as daily monitoring.

These are your main tasks:

• Receiving and processing IT service requests, error analysis, troubleshooting and documentation or escalation to service providers via ticket system
• Analyzing existing systems, validating requirements and checking for technical completeness as well as testing applications and supporting their implementation
• Creating and maintaining documentation, training and supporting users in the use of IT systems and tools
• Working closely with the EU Customer Solution Manager to identify digitalization potential
• Supporting and monitoring the planning and implementation of IT projects

What you should bring with you

• Completed vocational training in a commercial field, ideally related to IT or data processing
• Experience in IT support or in a similar position
• Good knowledge of common IT systems and applications, ideally Oracle, OSC
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical information in an understandable way
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team and a proactive approach to work
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
