• Procure, deploy, and manage company and team laptops and equipment inventory.
• Develop and implement standardized processes for asset management, including tracking and maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess IT needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of IT equipment and services.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for IT asset management and data security.
• Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of internal software systems.
• Monitor system performance for optimization opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• + 3 years of IT management experience, emphasizing asset and software management.
• Proficiency in hardware/software configuration and troubleshooting.
• Have a solid experience on MDM, VPN, Firewall...
• Microsoft Certification is highly appreciated
• Google Workspace
• Familiarity with asset management tools and data security standards.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Fluent in speaking English. Other languages are a plus (Spanish, Italian...)
• Desired experience in a scale/large company with multiple sites
