These are your tasks:

• Contact person for our employees in first level support
• Resolving and coordinating faults - by telephone, e-mail, ticket system and remote maintenance
• Solving software and hardware problems (e.g. MS Office, telephony, printers)
• Classification and processing of requests in the helpdesk
• Installation and configuration of PC workstations and software products
• IT infrastructure
• Documentation
• Collaboration on internal IT projects

This is your profile:

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or comparable
• Professional experience in IT support / helpdesk
• Knowledge in the administration of an MS AD environment
• Good knowledge of the MS Windows and Office 365 product range
• Adaptability to changing requirements
• Experience in proactive support and consulting for internal customers
• Team and communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English
