Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across Europe
• Build and maintain a network of Italian-speaking candidates
• Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
• Create compelling job descriptions and post job advertisements on various platforms
• Utilize social media and professional networking sites for recruitment purposes
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for candidates as needed
• Assist candidates throughout the hiring process, from application to placement

• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
• Strong understanding of the Italian job market and employment trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
