Junior German Sales & Marketing Consultant Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients within the German market.
• Understand client goals and recommend strategic marketing solutions to meet their objectives.
• Advise on campaign planning, brand positioning, and optimizing online performance.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about trends, competitors, and opportunities in the German market.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships by providing consultative support and maintaining high service standards.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Native or fluent German (C2 level) and fluent English (C1 level).
• Professional Experience:
  • A minimum of 2 years in sales, marketing, or consulting roles.
  • Previous experience in B2B environments is highly desirable.
• Key Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to develop actionable insights.
  • Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
