Job Description

Our client is recognized as a leading high-tech enterprise with HQ in China. Its core business is sales of advanced battery materials all over the world. Currently we are looking for junior public relationship manager in Spain with fluently communication skills in Chinese, English and Spanish. The candidate should have working permit in Spain, and the company does not provide sponsor visa and permits.

You responsibilities will include:

Build and maintain an in-depth local network in Spain.

Undertake detailed analysis of the market and coordinate land acquisition negotiations.

Involved in the project construction management and make sure the contracts are following the internal policies and regularities.

Participate in project planning, oversee administrative and HR affairs, and translate documents from Spanish into Mandarin/English for external meetings.

Assist the company in conducting various financial activities like opening and maintaining bank account etc.

Organize meetings, prepare the agenda, and take minutes and assist in the preparation of proposals.

Provide cultural expertise in support of various investigations.

Work onsite but may be asked to travel to other field offices to support.

The successful candidate will have:

Valid working permits in Spain, or Spanish Nationality

Proficiency in Spanish, fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin, Catalan will be a plus.

Degree qualification in business, HR, legal affairs, and project management experience is preferred.

1-3 working experience in the similar position.

Proficient in office applications particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams; and

Getting used to work in a startup working environment and teamwork spirit!!!
