Lead Prospector with Spanish - Afternoon Shift

Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work, AENOR and Top Employer), is looking for a Lead Prospector who will be responsible for delivering high potential customers to our Sales Development Representative delivering high quality leads, researched from various digital sources.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect high quality, policy-compliant leads
• Assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools.
• Qualification: conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition.
• Responsible for delivering a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly target.
• Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell the loyalty card
• Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information
• Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base.
• Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
• Handle customer needs and requirements

• 38,5 hours/week, from Monday to Friday, afternoon shift from 4pm to 12am
• 6 month contract (renewable)
• Salary: 18.500€ gross per year + nighttime bonus+ internal variable
