Responsibilities

• Source and engage Nordic-speaking candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit for various roles.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to placement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine job descriptions and identify key requirements for open positions.
• Stay updated on market trends and recruitment best practices to implement innovative strategies.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates in preparing for interviews and negotiating job offers.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for presenting ideas and information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• A proactive approach to sourcing talent and exploring new avenues for candidate engagement.
