In this role, you will be responsible for pushing the organic reach of WorkMotion’s brand image and growing our brand awareness. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for our content marketing and social media channels.

What you’ll do…
Be the main driver behind our organic traffic generation and create engagement between potential prospects and our brand Oversee the management and growth of WorkMotion’s social media channels by developing and implementing creative and highly engaging social media content Support WorkMotion thought leaders with new ideas to grow their reach and audience (and position WorkMotion as a thought leader in the SaaS and HR tech space) Monitor and analyze social media trends to stay ahead and adapt strategies accordingly Utilize SEO optimization techniques and tools to enhance visibility and reach of content Come up with new initiatives to grow our organic reach and measure their success through data analysis What we’re looking for…
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in a similar marketing role with a strong focus on organic marketing strategies Background in B2B marketing with a successful track record of increasing organic traffic Native-level proficiency in German and business proficiency in English Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English Ability to produce your own content (particularly in German) and to work effectively with our English speaking content manager Creative thinker with the ability to generate and implement innovative marketing ideas Experience on what’s driving engagement in a B2B audience Data-driven mindset with the ability to integrate data into decision-making processes Proficiency in using CRM systems and marketing automation tools to manage processes efficiently Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision What we offer…
