As QA Software Tester (m/f/d) you are the main contact person for the compatibility of new software solutions with our online service and support the networking of devices as well as the use of the web application software.
After intensive training, you will help customers and colleagues solve problems as a product specialist for our ConnectedCooking platform. Become part of an innovative online solution that sets new standards in the industry.

Your area of responsibility

• Testing new software: You will carry out tests on new software solutions for our RATIONAL appliances and ensure compatibility with our cloud solution
• Network support and troubleshooting: Supporting the resolution of network issues and working closely with the ConnectedCooking development team to ensure a stable and secure network environment is part of your day-to-day work
• Technical support: You analyze and support our customers and employees with technical problems in connection with ConnectedCooking
• Prototyping projects: You will work on projects to develop and test new IT solutions
• Improving the systems: The preparation and presentation of test results for the continuous improvement of our systems rounds off your area of responsibility

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a degree or training in computer science or have a comparable qualification
• Knowledge in analyzing and solving technical problems is part of your portfolio
• Ideally, you already have experience in testing network administrations
• Teamwork and customer-oriented behavior are among your strengths
• You have an independent and structured way of working
• Good English skills round off your profile
