As our VP of Product Led Growth , you will be the spearhead of the unification and scaling of our inbound sales channels across Europe, while transforming our acquisition and monetization strategies to drive exceptional growth for Qonto.

Working closely with Kenneth, our Chief Revenue Officer, you'll be at the forefront of our ambitious journey to redefine financial services for SMEs and freelancers, making a real impact in the fintech industry.

As a VP of Product Led Growth at Qonto, you will :

  • Centralize and revamp our inbound sales operations across our four European markets, delivering unparalleled efficiency and cohesion.
  • Innovate and scale referral and free trial programs , leveraging our existing customer base to fuel organic growth.
  • Cultivate strong, productive partnerships with Product, Marketing, and local Market teams , turning successful experiments into scalable strategies.
  • Build and lead a high-performance 25+ FTEs team , fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Evaluate and enhance our tech stack to support ambitious sales and marketing objectives .

About You :

  • Proven track record in leading successful product-led growth strategies within the fintech or SaaS industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a deep understanding of funnel management and conversion optimization.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities, capable of building and coaching high-performing teams.
  • Experience in B2B sales, particularly in navigating and succeeding within upmarket segments.
  • Comfortable with a tech-centric approach to sales and marketing, with a keen eye for leveraging tools to drive efficiency and results.
